PRUSSIANI ENGINEERING’S SUCCESS AT MARMOMAC: between news and innovation
MARMOMAC fair, the world’s leading event for the stone industry, took place from 26th to 29th September in Verona.
On this occasion, the Italian company Prussiani Engineering presented its innovations, registering great interest from the visitors.
CUT & JET & POLISHING combined, numerical control machine with five interpolated axis composed of a diamond disc and high pressure waterjet for straight and 45° cuts on marble, granite, ceramic, artificial quartz. The automatic tools change can be used to polish straight edges. Two tanks allow loading and unloading operations while the machine works, eliminating idle time.
TANGO bridge saw, numerical control machine with five interpolated axis that thanks to the double head allows two cuts simultaneously, also independently, for drastically reduced production times. The Cut & Move suction manipulator (Prussiani Engineering European patent) allows the automatic movement of the pieces to cut.
NEW RIO 5 waterjet, numerical control machine with five interpolated axis for the waterjet cutting of any stone and ceramic material.
It is ideal for straight and 45° inclined cuts executed with extreme precision.
It can be enriched by a special tool for the execution of superficial incisions.
Slabs polishing machines MIRROR, numerical control machine with three interpolated axis for the calibration, polishing, honing and brushing of slabs. Equipped with a tool magazine with automatic transmission, it can perform complex operations such as bas-reliefs, letter engravings, sinks.
OPERA FIVE working center, numerical control machine with five interpolated axis suitable for creating multiple works, including kitchen and bathroom tops, tables, sinks, shower trays, bas-reliefs and engravings. The machine is able to create sculptures even with a high level of complexity. Like all Prussiani numerical control machines, Opera Five is designed for the processing of marble, granite, artificial quartz, ceramic and stone in general.
